Be part of the Palisade Bluegrass Festival team. Our volunteers are the heart and soul of the festival. Positions include everything from Green Team to Saloon to Gates. We can’t do this without you. A four hour shift provides you with a Palisade t-Shirt and a one day ticket to the festival. For a 3 day festival pass, 2 four hour shifts are required. Camping is not included. Many positions require you to be over 18 years of age and all Saloon shifts require 21+. We depend on you to show up on time and fulfill your obligations. Times may be subject to change. Palisade is loved by foodies and this festival is no different. Good, fresh food is a favorite. Coffee and breakfast items are added benefits. The festival is relaxed and eco friendly, attracting over 3,000 folks throughout the weekend. The Front Range brings many fans our way, as well as from throughout the Western Slope.
